Building A Custom Home
Just with a resale home, it is important to have your own representation when you purchase a new home. You have nothing to lose, and lots to gain with someone on your side.
Please note that if you visit a model home without a Realtor and sign in their registry, most Builders will not allow you to bring a Realtor in at a later date to represent you when you purchase their home. If you want to look around but do not necessarily want a Realtor with you, just tell the sales staff that you are working with Chuck and Cathi. That way if you do decide to go back and purchase a home, you will have the option to have representation.
